Having two young children Max (4) and Sydney (16mos) I never thought it would be possible to continue working out as hard as I wanted to. After 2 pregnancies and deliveries my abs were shot! Following the birth of my daughter I began training using the Restore the Core format and within 6 weeks the inches came off, my low back pain was gone, and my body has never been stronger. Restore the Core has restored my confidence and inspired me to share my success with moms of every age and fitness background. Come feel the difference and Restore your Core!

Restore your Core! This is a unique Pilates style mat class that will help you lose that low belly sag, obtain better posture, decrease your chance of injury, and promote your core spirit as a mother.

*Game time held down stairs in conjunction with this class- and FREE for up to (2) children who's mothers are participating in this class! (Ages 12 mo-8yrs) additional $3.00 for third child.

(First time participants will need to purchase a one time start up kit ($30) 2 balls, a pump, a tie band, water bottle, and a bag to carry it in. Due at first class.)
