Funsical Fitness

The primary goals for this first level are to engage children through simple music, basic instructions and primary movement patterns to coordinate the basic core muscle groups and enhance listening skills and self control. Children will learn to move their body to unique songs while being different pets, modes of transportation, zoo animals and workers. (This is a drop off class- as always parents are welcome to stay and watch or go relax in the play center!)
